Free Naloxone and HIV/HEP C Testing

During the designated times and locations listed below, community members are welcome to “walk up” to the van to learn about how to recognize an opioid overdose and administer naloxone. Visitors will walk away with a free naloxone kit, which is medicine that can save someone’s life if they are overdosing on opioids—whether it’s a prescription opioid, heroin, or a drug containing fentanyl. Free fentanyl test strips also are available.

Community members also can access free, rapid health screenings, including HIV, hepatitis C, and blood pressure. Also available (depending on inventory) are sexual health kits and hygiene kits. Our Mobile Clinic team members also can connect community members with ongoing mental health, addiction and primary care services.
